Services:
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. Your stylist will assess your concern and can adjust tonality or make minor haircut adjustments at no cost. Services are nonrefundable. After seven days or if you cancel your correction appointment, the service will be considered a new charge.
We have a dressing room where we provide smocks and towels to help protect your clothing. We will not be responsible for damages to any clothing.
Returns/Exchanges:
All product sales are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy:
Our Stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:
24 hours or more in advance : No fee
Less than 24 hours – 50% of cost of service
No -Shows – 100% of the cost of service.
Canceling within 3 hours of your appointment will be considered a no show.
